Poterium sanguisorba syn. Sanguisorba minor
Produces a mound of edible, nutty-cucumber flavored leaves. In the summer, it produces small fluffy crimson flowers that are very attractive to a wealth of insects. Young leaves taste best - great in salads, summertime drinks, and an attractive garnish. Perennial, semi-evergreen.
