Chamaecyparis obtusa ‘Filicoides Compacta’

Delicate, fern-like foliage. Each arching, rich green branch tapers to a fine point, instead of the more usual cupped tip. Will develop a handsome, open habit. Good specimen or in an evergreen hedge. Grow in moist, well- drained soil. Species is native to Japan.
