Simply delectable! Redhaven Peaches have phenomenal quality, and the standard by which all other peaches are compared. Grow large yields of these yellow fleshed, medium-sized peaches that mature early. These trees are exceptionally hardy. Best for fresh eating, pies, cooking, and freezing. Blooms late to avoid spring frosts. Semi-freestone. 

Self-pollinating, but best yields when planted near another variety.

Redhaven Peach trees were originially bred by Dr. Stanley Johnston at Michigan State University. They were released in 1940 and completely revolutionized the Peach growing industry on the east coast. To this day, these are one of the most widely grown peaches in the USA.
