Old Southern favorite. Heirloom “sugar” pear from Tennessee with a sweet and melting flesh. Excellent fresh, added to salads, smoothies, desserts, and canned. Allow harvested fruit to ripen off the tree for several days before eating.

Pollinate with another European pear.

Disease resistance: highly fireblight resistant.
