Large bell-shaped trusses of lavender flowers provide a spectacular display in spring. Dense, upright habit has a uniform, spreading branch structure with broad, evergreen leaves. Beautiful as an accent plant, or massed in a border or low informal hedge.


Prefers morning sun, afternoon shade, and moist, well-draining soil.


'Boursault' Rhododendron was bred in France, 1849 by H. Boursault.

Zones 4-8.
