Upright, compact lilac blooms later than others, with deep purple buds that reveal clusters of highly fragrant, lavender-blue flowers. Burgundy- tinged fall foliage. Excellent powdery mildew resistance. Great for border accent or massed. Deciduous. Native to East Asia.
