RARE. Stunning WNC Native edible perennial vines feature abundant, psychedelic looking flowers from July until frost. Green fruits contain seeds covered in a sweet sac; leaves can be used to create a wonderful calming herbal tea.
Passiflora incarnata attract butterflies and bees, they are host plants for the Gulf Fritillary Butterfly. We have these in our Pollinator Garden!
Give these room to grow, best in woodland gardens or areas where they can spread and climb.
