RARE. Produces abundant crops of lemon-yellow, grapefruit size fruit. Sweet enough to be eaten fresh, excellent in preserves and baked goods. Hardy and drought tolerant once established. Self pollinating.

The flowers are pollen/nectar rich, and attract pollinators. Plant Nerd: these are ancient plants with a long culinary history - Quince has been used by humanity since at least 5000 BCE. They are featured in Roman cookbooks, and in Renaissance still life paintings.
