Tasty and a lovely cut flower! Edible seeds, flowers, and greens flavor many foods - and used for pickling. Foliage can be harvested when there’s 4-5 leaves; harvest seed heads just as the seeds begin to turn a golden brown. 

Great pollinator plant - host plant for black swallowtail butterflies.
