Parsley - Italian Flat Leaf 
Petroselinum crispum var. neapolitanum

Flat-leaved variety used in salads, salad dressings, poultry, soups, sandwiches, and as an ingredient of pesto. Can be used fresh, dried, and frozen in ice cubes. Heirloom.

Host plant for lovely Swallowtail Butterflies.  

Biennial, often grown as an annual. Their foliage has the best flavor and texture in their first year of life. In the second year they bloom, and create edible flowers that attract pollinators.
