🐦Elderberries have high wildlife value - they are larval host plants for butterflies and moths, they attract beneficial insects to the garden, support our native bumble bees. Many birds benefit from Elderberries: they devour the insects, feed the caterpillars to their young, and love the extremely nutritious berries!
