A medium weight, breathable fabric that is fantastic in early spring, late fall, and over winter for both frost protection and to protect plants from insects. 

With a weight of 1.00 oz/sq yd with 70% light transmission, it can provide 4-6°F of frost protection. Plants perform just great under this fabric, even with the reduced light levels.

We love this stuff! It's very useful to have around to extend the growing season. And if you just don't want to fuss around with sprays, it's an excellent organic alternative - ideal for greens and other plants where you're not needing pollination services.

Pair it with our lightweight fiberglass rods for a very quick and convenient little row tunnel.

Tip: We carry this in giant rolls in our Garden Shop where you cut it to whatever lengths you need for your projects. To make your shopping easier, measure your beds ahead of time and add a couple of feet on each end to ensure full coverage.

Row cover is much healthier for plants than using plastic sheeting, and when treated appropriately, can be repeatedly reused for years.
