RARE. Yes these are Colorado Blue Spruces! Instead of a tree or even shrub form, Procumbens are extraordinary spreading, undulating groundcovers with bright blue evergreen needles. They create a dramatic effect when draped over walls or steep slopes. Extremely cold hardy and rugged, but they do need well-draining soil. Drought tolerant once established.
