Rare. Distinctive, heady fragrance and flavor. Best known as THE flavoring in Earl Grey Tea, the highly aromatic zest and flesh of the fruit are also used as a flavoring in cookies, marmalades, syrups, and cocktails; also perfumes, soaps, and cosmetics. Native to tropical Asia. Zone 9.
