RARE. Deciduous, loosely branched upright shrub. Colors vary from yellow, apricot, pinkish, orange, and scarlet. WNC NATIVE - found on woodland slopes and grassy balds. Excellent for naturalistic landscapes. Important plant for bumblebees. Yellow-red fall color.
