English Rose - Shrub

Large, fragrant, deeply cupped flowers, blending deep pink, magenta and red – the outer petals tending towards light purple, with an almost silvery quality. Up to 90 petals per gorgeous bloom. A great cut flower. From 2008.


Named after a poem written by English poet John Milton.


Scent: Superb! Strong Tea and Old Rose scent, with hints of cedar wood.


Repeat bloomer.


For the most abundant flowers, apply Espoma Rose tone monthly throughout the growing season - May through September here in Western NC.
