Crushed foliage has a spicy citrus fragrance. Outstanding ground cover shrub - will form a low colony and grows in difficult soils & slopes. Glossy, green foliage displays brilliant orange red fall color. Small yellow flowers turn to fuzzy red berries - an important food source for birds. Tough and fast growing. NC Native species.
