Crocosmia 'Lucifer'

Spectacularly vibrant blooms dazzle in the summer garden! These flowers have colors so intense that cameras struggle to photograph them accurately. Green, sword-like foliage offsets the glowing blooms. Low maintenance, they are easily tucked into beds when the spring flowers have finished and the fall flowers have yet to begin. They are wonderful cut flowers, and long time gardener favorites. They prefer moist, well-draining soil but overall are not fussy plants. If grown on a steep slope, be prepared to provide some support.
