Spectacular specimen tree! A graceful broad crown of branches sweep downward to the ground. Delicate, narrow, light green leaves turn a beautiful shade of yellow in autumn. Deciduous. Best near water or in moist areas - avoid planting near plumbing. Native to China.
Willows are known for containing naturally pain-relieving compounds in their bark, including salicin (which is similar to aspirin), in addition to flavonoids and polyphenols.
