Exceptionally lush blue foliage is striking in spring as the new needles emerge as soft blue powder puffs. Distinctive tiered branching pattern provides a “wow” factor both as a young tree but more so in a mature specimen. Evergreen. An Iseli introduction. Rugged, but needs well-draining soil.
